Production

The main focus of the company is the production of mine electric locomotives K-10A K10A-01, K-14A, K-14MA, 2K-14A 2K14-MA and R-20A on the kit-based KTO-PPL-03, designed for the transportation of trains through the underground workings of mines with a slope of up to 0,005, and the radii of curvature of track at least 18 m, in which the current safety rules allowed the exploitation of electric contact.

Electric locomotive is controlled from the cab using a joystick handle and the travel direction switch (reverser), non-power circuits and contactors.

Due to the direct vector control torque motors, the following modes of operation of electric:

  • control of speed and acceleration provides the movement with high dynamics completely excepting breakthroughs and blows;
  • implementation of the modes of an antiyuz and anti-slipping, by restriction of the maximum acceleration and delay;
  • electrodynamic and regenerative braking of an electric locomotive to zero speed, at any condition of a contact network (from idle running before a short-circuit);
  • soft junction in required driving direction at kickback;
  • deduction of an electric locomotive with structure on a bias in the braking mode;
  • the nonlinear task of a flow of magnetization in a start of motion provides reliable start-off of structure;
  • maximum speed limit of the movement of an electric locomotive to 25 km/h.

In addition, electric locomotives can be completed with the system of remote control providing the movement of an electric locomotive with a small speed from the control board.
